Ubuntu 12.04 y UEFI

¿Cómo hacer funcionar UEFI en ubuntu?, solamente debemos introducir en la shell los siguientes comandos:
add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair
apt-get update
apt-get install -y boot-repair
boot-repair
